Business Development Manager (Chinese-Speaking Clients)

业务发展经理（中文客户方向）

岗位职责： 

• 制定并执行中文客户的拓展计划，重点面向在越南运营、位于工业园区或加工出口区、有物流需求的企业。

• 管理销售团队：目标分配、绩效跟进、员工培训与支持，确保完成KPI指标。 

• 根据客户需求提供合适的物流解决方案（整柜/拼柜/空运/卡车运输/报关等）。 

• 代表公司与中文客户对接，作为客户与公司内部各部门之间的沟通桥梁。 

• 处理服务过程中产生的问题，确保服务质量与客户满意度。 

• 分析市场趋势，提出针对该客户群体的增长战略。 

岗位要求： 

• 中国国籍 

• 至少有 2–3 年物流或国际货运代理相关工作经验，其中至少 1 年担任管理层或团队主管职位。 

• 具备良好的团队管理、领导能力、规划能力与问题解决能力。 

• 沟通、谈判及应对突发情况的能力强。 

• 工作积极主动，果断，能承受较大工作压力。 

• 具备英语和越南语沟通能力者优先 。

Job Description

• Develop and execute strategies to expand the Chinese-speaking client base, focusing on factories operating in Vietnam (especially in industrial parks and export processing zones).
• Manage the sales team: assign targets, monitor performance, coach, and support team members to achieve KPIs.
• Consult and offer suitable logistics solutions based on client needs (FCL/LCL/Air/Trucking/Customs…).
• Represent the company in dealings with Chinese-speaking clients; act as the liaison between clients and internal departments.
• Handle operational issues, ensuring service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze market trends and propose strategic initiatives for client growth.

Job Requirements

• Chinese nationality
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in logistics/freight forwarding, including at least 1 year in a managerial or team leader position.
• Strong skills in team management, leadership, planning, and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and situational handling skills.
• Proactive, decisive, and able to work well under pressure.
• Ability to communicate in English and Vietnamese is a plus.
