销售专员(中文客户群)
工作内容:
- 寻找、接洽并开发中文客户,重点面向在越南运营、位于工业区或出口加工区、有物流服务需求的企业 ;
- 向客户提供公司物流服务咨询(整柜/拼柜/空运/卡车运输/报关等);
- 作为客户与公司各部门之间的中文沟通桥梁,协助翻译及协调工作;
- 收集市场信息,提出适合公司战略的中国客户发展建议。
职位要求:
- 至少6个月物流、货运代理、国际贸易或相关行业经验;
- 具备Incoterms知识,了解海运/空运、订舱流程、运输交付及报关流程者优先;

Job Description
- Search, approach, and develop Chinese-speaking clients, focusing on Chinese-invested factories operating in Vietnam (especially those in industrial zones, export processing zones…) with logistics service needs.
- Provide consultation and offer logistics services of the company (FCL/LCL/Air/Trucking/Customs…).
- Act as a communication bridge and Chinese interpreter between clients and internal departments.
- Monitor service delivery progress and support in resolving any arising operational issues.
- Collect market insights and propose development strategies for clients in alignment with company direction.
Job Requirements
- Chinese nationality or Vietnamese fluent in Chinese.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, international trade, or relevant industries.
- Basic knowledge of Incoterms, sea/air transportation, booking processes, freight operations, and customs clearance is a strong advantage.
- Good communication skills, proactive, responsible, and customer service-oriented.
