With representative offices and handling agents all over the country such as Quy Nhon, Hai Phong, Da Nang, Ho Chi Minh, Hanoi, Bac Ninh, Bac Giang, Quang Tri. To distribute for the last months of 2022, Van Hai Group has a need to recruit HCNS staff to work at Da Nang VP (Head office).



TYPE: All the time         

WORK LOCATION: Da Nang office – 218 Bach Dang, ACB building, Hai Chau, Da Nang


  • Employee records management – Track personnel changes monthly;
  • Performing timekeeping – monitoring KPI and monthly social insurance changes;
  • Managing, monitoring and drafting labor contracts for company employees;
  • Implementation of recruitment: Actively seeking to expand recruitment channels, making plans to approach the source of suitable candidates for each position;
  • Receiving and screening candidate CVs; Contact to exchange, arrange interview schedule;
  • Administrative tasks: Record keeping, official correspondence, Preparation for reception of guests;
  • Support organization of company events;
  • Responsible for tracking and managing equipment and assets;
  • Perform other duties as requested by superiors.



  • 2 years of experience or more in a similar position, candidates with knowledge of labor law are preferred
  • Graduated from University with major in Human Resource Management; Economic law; QTKD


  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office;
  • Time management skills and work arrangement to perform tasks such as reporting, summarizing, planning,…;
  • Conflict resolution skills.
